Outlook 2013 - Enable Fast Loading

I've only upgraded my Microsoft Office 2010 to 2013 version, although the installations completed relatively fast as well as hassled gratis (my Outlook 2010 settings however remains the same) as well as activation was a breeze.

Modify Value = 1 (Hexadecimal)
